The J.W. Marriott New Orleans recently joined forces with Serenity Spa at 614 Canal Street, a locally owned and operated full service spa that serves as the hotel's in-house relaxation escape for guests.
NEW ORLEANS, LA, December 03, 2009 /Louisiana PR News/ -- The J.W. Marriott New Orleans recently joined forces with Serenity Spa at 614 Canal Street, a locally owned and operated full service spa that serves as the hotel's in-house relaxation escape for guests. Although steps away from bustling Canal Street, Serenity Spa is truly a tranquil and peaceful environment from top to bottom. Spa services include massage treatments, skin care, nail care and waxing. Serenity Spa also offers the Aqua Jet Spa, a total experience that rejuvenates the body in 1/3 of the time than that of a regular full body massage. Hand-crafted personalized chocolates by Serenity Chocolate StudioTM, and Serenity SmoothiesTM, with the signature offering, Make Me Over Mango are also available for sale.
Owner Daphne Wilson Johnson is a trained skin care specialist. She stated, "It has always been my dream to have a store front on Canal Street. I am thrilled about the new partnership and new space."
On Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at 5:30pm the J.W. Marriott and Serenity Spa at 614 Canal Street will host a Grand Opening event. There will be complimentary cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and mini massage sessions. Live music will be provided by local jazz violinist, Sean Ward -- son of musician Michael Ward.
