Crais Managment Group, LLC Retained by Louisiana Tax Credit Film Investment Fund
The First Film Fund based on the Louisiana Film Production Tax Credits Retains New Orleans Firm for Advisory and Consulting Services. The credits are transferable if not used by Louisiana residents for income tax credit. First round funding is said to be $20 million dollars.

Crais Management Group, LLC ("CMG, LLC") has been retained by Nova Features, LLC for investment advisory and consulting services, and placement agent services for their "Film Horizons" managed feature film investment fund, Louisiana's first film investment fund.
The fund, a $20 million dollar investment fund supported by the Louisiana Film Investment Tax Credits as created by the legislature in 2005, will be managed by Los Angeles based producer/director, Christopher Fink, president of Nova Features, LLC. The fund administration and management will be co-located at Celtic Studios and Celtic Media, a film studio and post-production campus located in Baton Rouge, LA, which was one of the early recipients of $60,000,000 in Go Zone Bonds. Celtic Studios includes a state of the art post-production facility, production offices, and the state's leading soundstage at 25,000 square feet with over 40 foot ceiling heights. Fund management is already reviewing projects.

David is a frequent media guest and event speaker on business and economic development, especially as it pertains to the creative industries, technology transfer and licensing, intellectual property development and finance, and the medical device and healthcare industry - areas of his specialization. He is or has been licensed in securities, finance, project management, and insurance.
